I'm having the same problem - I can't give this game console commands. Edit: The .ini files in FO3 and FNV, and the preferences file in FNV, all contain the line "bAllowConsole - 1" so that's alright. But it still doesn't work in either game. I'm using Windows 8 so that's probably why! It's loaded with horrible features and bugs.
